Sixteen young changemakers from seven countries joined forces in Jakarta as Skills to Succeed Youth Leaders—bringing the perspectives, hopes, and big ideas of their peers to the global stage.
They didn't just participate in the conversation on youth employment—they helped shape it. Throughout the day, these Youth Leaders collaborated with industry leaders to co-create solutions, challenge assumptions, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
To culminate the day, they delivered a powerful Call to Action that dares us to imagine a future of work that’s human-centered, inclusive, and full of opportunity for everyone.
